To the athletic clubs and athletes affiliated to the FMAA, from the State of Jalisco and the country, that comply with the guidelines of this call, starting at:

STEPLEECHASE MEET (TEST OF CONTROL), which will be governed under the following bases:

CAMPUS:

Synthetic track of the Agustín Flores Sports Unit, in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco. Av. Francisco Medina Ascencio s / n, Lázaro Cárdenas, 48330 Puerto Vallarta, Jal.

DATE AND TIME:

Thursday, December 31 at 6:30 a.m.

CATEGORIES AND BRANCHES:

Under 18 (Born 2003-2004)

Under 20 (Born 2001-2002)

First (Born 2000 or before)

REGISTRATION:

They remain open as of this call and will be carried out through the National Registration System, of the Mexican Federation of Athletics Associations, atwww.fmaa-portal.com , closing on December 30 at 4:00 p.m. hours.

INPUT:

The contribution for registration will be $ 200.00 (Two hundred pesos 00/100 mn) per registered competitor, with the right to participate in the test that corresponds to their category.

To be duly registered, the scanned deposit slip must be presented. The deposit can be made by team or in a group, it does not have to be individual.

JUDGES:

The body of judges will be those recognized by the FMAA and their decisions are appealable based on the regulations.

REGULATION:

That of the CURRENT World Athletics with the adjustments of the Organizing Committee, specified in the Technical Annex of the competition and based on rule 1 of the WA Technical Regulations.

AWARD:

Award with medals to the first three of each test, branch and category.

DELIVERY OF NUMBERS:

The delivery of numbers will be made at the entrance to the synthetic track of the Agustín Flores Sports Unit, in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco. Av. Francisco Medina Ascencio s / n, Lázaro

Cárdenas, 48330 Puerto Vallarta, Jal., 1 hour before the start of the competition.

TECHNICAL MEETING: It will be held via zoom on Wednesday, December 30, at 8:00 p.m.

MEDICAL SERVICES: The Organizing Committee will have personnel to provide first aid if necessary, in the place where the competition takes place;

Not being responsible for the expenses in case of a possible hospitalization.

HEALTH PROTOCOL:

The health protocol, suggested and reflected in the technical annex of the event, must be respected.

TRANSIENT:

The cases not foreseen in the present, will be resolved by the Organizing Committee.
